Don't rain on my parade

I like the Chinese strategy of solving problems, though I'm not sure I find these to be real problems.

This is almost unbelievable. Who do those people think they are? Oh, right: China.

I wonder how they teach precipitation in schools there? "Little One, when we want the rain, we send a good word to the poor cherry farmer who leaves his crops that day to the wind and dust so that he can take up his gun which Chairman Mao gave him, and he shoots that gun into the clouds, and the clouds give up their rain. That is how we have, how they say, precipitation."
