Men still from Mars, women still from Venus

But apparently they engage in free trade. And I always assumed economists in bars were just there having a drink.

Unrelated: this piece makes me long to visit Buffalo and see her people. But not in winter, and I don't really want to stay long.

Well, the first piece only confirms what we already knew, that men have fragile egos. And that economists need better things to do.

But please pardon as I only speak of my husband :)

No, seriously. Very interesting. The whole concept of speed dating seems absolutely fascinating, and a terrific opportunity to observe selection and motivation in the human animal. Of course, the study is limited--not every kind of romancer will do speed dating, after all. So the study is surely skewed?
